Azizi Riviera

Riviera in Meydan

Azizi Developments presents Riviera as a Mediterranean-inspired community in Meydan / Mohammed Bin Rashid City. A lagoon and retail boulevard shape its shared-space concept.

Choose the building carefully

Riviera is not a single building or one phase with a common handover date. Review the building, floor plan, actual handover and access to shared amenities separately for your intended use.

Compare on site

The developer’s March 2026 video shows project progress; it does not establish that every building is complete. Current prices, payment plans and available units could not be confirmed from public information in this review.

Your current quote

The unit, total purchase cost, service charges, handover specification and payment schedule must be confirmed in writing when the quote is issued. Promotional images do not guarantee the selected home’s specifications.
