Architecture and landscape in Kandilli

The promotional brochure describes Nef Reserve Kandilli, in Istanbul’s Üsküdar district, as a development of 29 buildings and 406 apartments. Set at different elevations, the buildings connect with their surroundings through terraces, balconies and walking paths.

The project’s architecture is by Emre Arolat, its landscape design by Herman Salm and its interiors by Mustafa Toner. The brochure highlights two building approaches that draw on Kandilli’s traditional architecture and reinterpret it with contemporary lines.

Shared living spaces

The brochure presents outdoor and indoor swimming pools, spa and fitness areas, and the Foldhome concept. Foldhome includes shared spaces described as a home cinema, music studio and areas for various social uses. Current terms of use, service scope and maintenance fees must be confirmed separately.
