Tersane Apartments is a collection of 198 homes within the Tersane Istanbul regeneration area in Beyoğlu. Its official presentation attributes the architectural vision to Tabanlıoğlu Architecture. Layouts range from one-bedroom apartments to penthouses and duplexes with private gardens, set within a hillside neighbourhood with inner gardens and landscaped paths.

Its place in the wider destination

The homes form part of a larger waterfront setting with dining, shopping and cultural spaces. The project page lists concierge services, pools, a spa, gym, cinema and event spaces. Separate the access rules for public waterfront areas from those for residents’ facilities. Proximity to a service does not establish that its use is included in the residential fee.

The scope of this guide

On 5 October 2026, the official page described Tersane Apartments as an inhabited neighbourhood. That statement relates to this collection and should not be extended to the handover status of every Tersane Istanbul phase. Separately named Rixos, Aliée and Yalı residential collections have their own layouts, features and unit totals; they are not combined here.

Practical waterfront-living checks

• Walk from the actual residential entrance to the waterfront and your transport connections, noting slopes and steps.
• Observe noise, visitor activity and vehicle access during events.
• Clarify private-garden and terrace boundaries, shared landscaping and maintenance costs.
• Ask about resident parking, security access and rights to use communal facilities.
