Address Residence Istanbul is Emaar’s branded residential collection within Emaar Square in Ünalan, Üsküdar. With hotel, retail, dining and residential uses in one destination, it provides a comparison point for buyers seeking a service-oriented city home on Istanbul’s Asian side.

Address and SkyView are separate collections

Emaar describes Address Residence Istanbul as 197 furnished homes with one to three bedrooms. A separately named Address Residence SkyView Istanbul collection contains 123 homes, ranging from one to five bedrooms and including penthouses. Together they total 320 residences, but this guide focuses on Address Residence Istanbul. SkyView’s layout range and any particular show apartment’s specification should not be assumed to apply to every home.

Services and readiness for use

The official presentation describes hotel-service access, reception, concierge, fitness, pool and spa facilities. The Emaar pages checked on 5 October 2026 referred to homes ready to move into. This is the developer’s project-status description; a particular residence’s availability, internal specification and actual handover condition still require confirmation.

Checks for an overseas buyer

For a furnished residence, compare the inventory with the contract schedule. Establish which items are included, their condition and who maintains them. Request written rules for hotel-facility access, separately charged services, parking and guests. Test the actual residential entrance and route through Emaar Square separately from the shopping-centre and hotel entrances.

If work or social commitments take you to the European side, assess the crossing at your real travel times rather than relying on distance alone.
